GayFirstResponders.net falls under the GayVeteransUS Inc. 501(c)(3) non-profit umbrella. We’re a charitable organization registered in the State of Tennessee with IRS 501(c)(3) status, so your donations are tax-deductible per IRS regulations (email us for full info).

We are run by veteran volunteers with minimal overhead — no rent, no payroll, no frills. Each year, we will file a publicly-available Form 1099 with the IRS to show how funds are used.
